Who wins between The New God vs The Mad Titan?

Thanos and Darksied are similar characters, but who would win?

Thanos has great attack potency, he has knocked out a power stone amplified Thor in a short fight, he has also defeated Thor multiple times before and after that fight, even harming Odin and defeating Silver Surfer with ease.

Darksied has more lifting strength, he has overpowered Superman and consistently matches him in strength.

Both are extremely smart, but Thanos has more intelligence in magic, studying it for thousands of years and even learning how to time travel.

Darksied's omega beams are powerful enough to send people back in time, he has better abilities, however, Thanos has more raw power, whilst weakened by Mistress Death herself, he fought Phane, his son who, at the time, had the Phoenix force.

Thanos can react to Silver Surfer, but, Darksied can react to, and hit Flash, he has faster reaction speed.

Finally, Thanos has the durability to survive black holes, a scream from Black Bolt and lighting strikes from Thor.

In conclusion, Thanos wins with high difficulty.
