Who wins in a battle between The Living Tribunal and The Darkest Knight?

The Darkest Knight is extremely powerful and is an evil version of Batman. He was able to beat Perpetua, the first creator of the multiverse.

First of all, TDK has been able to cross multiverses and defeat all the speedsters (people like Flash and Wally West, who can go toe to toe and defeat characters as powerful as Superman), and defeated Superboy Prime (the strongest version of Superboy); he even took on everyone Superboy defeated in one body.

The Living Tribunal has stopped the infinity gauntlet from working with ease. He is TOAA’s right hand man, and when Adam Warlock used the infinity gems to take out the cosmic beings, TLT was unaffected and brought them back within less than a second.

 He wasn’t participating in the fight against Thanos because he wasn’t scared or affected by him, he pretty much said to Eternity (the embodiment of the universe) to just go away. 

In addition to this, when he was at his weakest, TLT took on three Ivory King Beyonders. The Ivory King Beyonders are the second strongest Beyonders behind the Pre-Retcon Beyonder, a cosmic entity with immense power. 

Once, the Beyonders stated that a multiverse is a drop in water to their realm, and TLT later said they were nothing to him and that he was weaker than his full power.

In conclusion, TLT slams TDK 10/10 times, since the Ivory King Beyonders are beatable to TDK and TLT said they were nothing to him.
