10. He was banned by Mistress Death to never be able to enter her realm. She banned him from her afterlife because Thanos loved her and she didn’t love him back. Mistress Death was already in love with Deadpool!
9. His family - Titan Eternals - were peacemakers and created a nemesis to kill Thanos - Drax the Destroyer, who was one of the only beings who could originally kill him before being refused by Death. Drax succeeded once by pulling out his heart but Thanos somehow came back to life.
8. He destroyed the entire universe once, then sacrificed himself to rebuild it to show everyone that he was a bad guy. With everyone dead, there's no way of them knowing!
7. Thanos is able to lift Mjolnir because his powers cancel the enchantment that only worthy people can lift the weapon, such as it's owner, Thor. Captain America, Beta Rey Bill, Jane Foster, Loki, and Odin have also been worthy enough to lift the hammer.
6. Once a year, every year, Thanos and his eternal brother Eros meet up to exchange gifts.
