Logan has more strength because he snapped heavy chains on multiple occasions, overpowering six men, tossing Omega Red at metal bars and broke them (Omega Red weighs 425lbs) and threw a grand piano through a forest, a river, up a mountain for eight days.
Both are fast, going relative in speed to Spider-Man and others, people say Black Panther is faster because he was as fast as Blur, Blur was toying with him and Black Panther had time to prepare. They should have relative speed since Wolverine killed four people before Mr. Sinister said "What".
Both have great powers, Wolverine has better. He has stretched bones covered in adamantium which is stronger than Vibranium, he has strength, speed, durability and healing factor.
Wolverine isn't the smartest, Black Panther is way smarter, he made suits that can take on Hulk (for a minute), suits to take on Blur and more.
Black Panther has better skill since he beat a Skrull who had the power of all martial artists, though the skrull didn't have good durability and could barely lift themselves up.
Durability easily goes to Wolverine, he tanked hits from Sentry and got burnt alive but still got back up again!
Finally, Wolverine wins 9/10 times.
