Both are durable, but Deathstroke's superhuman durability and healing gives him the edge; he has survived hits from Wonder Woman.
Finally, Deadshot is smart, but so is Deathstroke. They would be even in intelligence.
In conclusion, Deadshot is a better assassin, but Deathstroke wins in a fight.
