What happens in the second and third Avengers Doomsday trailer?
In trailer 2, Thor is seen in a forest, wearing new armor, with Stormbreaker, praying to Odin to defeat one more enemy, and have the strength of the All-Fathers, and then return home. This could be hinting at Thor unlocking his true power with the Odin Force.
It also further proves the theory of Doctor Doom taking the children of various superheroes, like Captain America's child, Thor's adopted daughter, Love and Reed and Sue Richard's son, Franklin Richards.
Trailer 3 is about the X-Men, we see a run down X-Mansion, which looks abandoned and destroyed, with Magneto playing chess with Charles Xavier, and a clip of Cyclops is shown immediately after, as he removes his visor and releases a giant optic blast with destruction and explosions happening around him.
This could be set in current day, as the X-Men fight off Doctor Doom's forces, or it could be set in the past, with the destruction of the X-Men being because of an incursion between that universe and the MCU. Also, this X-Men universe that was shown is not the Fox universe, because Cyclops was killed in that universe, so the universe could be Earth 838, the universe where the Illuminati were killed by Scarlet Witch in Doctor Strange Multiverse of Madness. When Magneto was playing chess in the trailer, only one piece was moved by Magneto, so this could mean that Charles Xavier is a hallucination that Magneto has, because he cannot accept Charles' death, so this means that Earth 838 wants revenge for the deaths of the Illuminati and they could want to destroy the MCU Earth to stop an incursion.
