Thanos wins in an alternate comic book event future
The start of the 'Thanos Wins' comic event has Thanos killing the Chitauri, until Cosmic Ghost Rider (Frank Castle embued with the Power Cosmic) takes Thanos to the future using the Time Stone, where we see an Old Thanos sitting on a throne, made of Galactus' helmet.
Old King Thanos explains to the younger version that he used Earth's villains to kill the heroes, then he killed them; he also killed the Living Tribunal and used Black Bolt to kill the Celestials.
The rest of the universe was dead as well; only Galactus, Cosmic Ghost Rider, Thanos, The Fallen One (a Herald of Galactus), and one other existed, but not for long.
Galactus went to attack Thanos, until his head was cut off by a laser, so 'The Mad titan' quickly recruited Frank Castle to be his servant, since neither of them can win against each other.
The next day, Frank takes Young Thanos to a room containing the Hulk, who was sitting on a pile of bones with multiple "trophies" in there, like the helmet of Magneto, Captain America's shield and many more.
Young Thanos then went to find Old King Thanos, who was preparing with the Twilight Sword equipped, until The Fallen One appeared, to Young Thanos' surprise, it was a different Herald of Galactus - the Silver Surfer.
Norrin Rad had spent millions of years absorbing energy and training to be worthy of the power of Thor, in addition to this, he had the Annihilus Horde with him, just to kill Thanos.
Cosmic Ghost Rider destroyed the horde and then went on to the Surfer, but he was destroyed by Mjolnir.
Hulk then jumped up to fight Surfer, but he was turned back into Bruce Banner, but as Young Thanos went to fight Silver Surfer, King Thanos used his sword to kill Bruce and Surfer from behind; Surfer was then finished off by the duo of Thanos.
Death arose. King Thanos wanted Young Thanos to kill him, so a battle between the Titans started, however when Young Thanos was about to finish his old counterpart, he chose not to, grabbing the Time Stone from King Thanos' neck and charging it by using the corpse of the Silver Surfer.
He said King Thanos was pathetic and he never wanted to be like him, so he went back in time to erase the future.
As King Thanos faded away, he asked Death what did Thanos do, in which she simply replied, "He Won..."
