Thor is currently the King of Asgard and The All Father, but can he kill the God of Symbiotes?
Thor has fought Knull before, however, he had the help of Dylan Brock, but he still broke his jaw off.
Knull was able to match Thor in strength, so they would have near equal strength.
Secondly, both have unique, powerful weapons, Mjionir, and the All Black Necrosword, both can give powers to characters, but Mjionir has the essence of a god inside it, the God of Wisdom, Odin, Mjionir has a mind of its own, so Thor has a better weapon.
Thor has survived in the sun, however, Knull couldn't, so Thor has more durability.
Knull has much better attack potency since he has chopped a Celestial's head off whilst without his Symbiote armour.
Knull has great skill and speed, he killed multiple gods in seconds with ease. He also was born before there was light and spent eons in the darkness and waged war against Celestials, he has more experience.
Knull and Thor both have reacted to Silver Surfer, who travels through galaxies in seconds, and Thor can even match him in speed.
Both of them are smart, but Knull has a hive mind, so he knows every civilization that a Symbiote has gone to, meaning he knows almost the entire universe.
Thor has a direct counter to Knull, since he has the power of lightning, one of the Symbiote's weaknesses, his raw power can also challenge the The God of darkness, he can destroy monsters that the Avengers struggled to fight with just a hit from Mjionir.
Finally, The Lord of The Abyss has ripped Sentry apart easily, Sentry had a good fight with Thor, however, he didn't have the Thor force at that time, so currently, Thor, The King of Asgard and Son of Odin can win, if Knull doesn't have his army of Symbiotes.
