Who has wielded the power of the Infinity Stones in Marvel?
The most known character is, of course, Thanos, The Mad Titan.
He is most known for wielding the power of the full six Infinity Stones, which he used to snap half of life from existence twice.
Adam Warlock, Thanos' arch nemesis, used the same six stones after 'Infinity Gauntlet', however they were deemed evil and judged by The Living Tribunal, who rendered them powerless.
Adam Warlock's dark half, The Magus has also used the Infinity Stones to rain death, but Adam Warlock defeated him when using Eternity's power.
One of the most famous heroes of all time, Iron Man, used five Infinity Stones to attract The Hood (a crime boss with a magic cloak) who had the remaining one stone, then took it from him and imagined them out of existence in a What If? comic. He also used it in the Marvel Cinematic Universe to kill Thanos.
When Doctor Doom gained the power of the Beyonders in Secret Wars 2015, King T'Challa decided to help Mister Fantastic fight him, and gained the Infinity Stones. Black Panther and a group of heroes went to distract Doom, who cracked the power gem and beat Black Panther, then lost his power after Molecule Man took it.
Spider-Man's worst foe, Green Goblin, once had the stones in a What If? comic. He obtained them with the help of the Dark Avengers, and used them to bring his father back. He showed him his empire and then wished him out of existence, after realizing he made a mistake, he faded out of reality.
The daughter of Thanos, Nebula, gained the stones and used them to attempt to kill Thanos. The stones were taken from her, reversing everything that happened.
Mister Fantastic has three versions of him with the stones, all of them are the leaders of The Council of Reeds (a multiversal group of Reed Richards, like the Spider Society).
One of the most surprising, is Lockjaw, the Inhuman's royal dog. He got them after the Pet Avengers fought Thanos and lost, until he used them against him.
Finally, Darksied, DC's Thanos used it in a crossover, then threw it away since it was no use in the DC universe.
