First of all, both have infinite strength, they lifted the book of infinite page, but, Superman also lifted Spectre who is infinite weight.
Secondly, Superman is much faster, he went soo fast that Spectre needed to stop him and he has tagged Flash, one of the fastest DC characters.
Superman has also destroyed a universe with one punch and broke the Source Wall more than once, the Source Wall has multiple gods inside for millions of years.
Both are very durable, Shazam taking hits from Black Adam, but Superman has the edge. He survived a storm which tore the fabric of reality.
Shazam could take the edge on powers with his powerful lightning, capable of turning people into ashes.
Shazam is just a kid, Superman is much smarter, he has a 12th level intellect (Braniac has a 12th level intellect as well).
Billy also isn't very skilled, Superman, on the other hand, was trained by Wonder Woman and Batman.
Shazam also isn't very experienced, Superman has been fighting and using his powers since birth.
Finally, Superman wins 10/10 times.
