Batman vs Spider-Man 2099 - Who wins and why?

Batman is very strong, smart and durable, but can he beat Spider-Man 2099?

Batman has better strength if not equal, Batman lifted a building twice and broke a door off a plane mid-flight; that's a lot of pressure whilst flying.

Spider-Man 2099 does have great strength too, like overpowering 616 Spider-Man, and holding his own against Bloodsword.

Both have high durability, yet Batman has survived a fall from space, whilst weakened, and a couple minutes before he tanked two explosions shortly after. Batman also took hits from a bloodlusted Wonder Woman (Batman didn't have his suit, was caught off-guard, and was already injured) and he has absorbed hits from Superman.

It's obvious who's got the better skill - Batman. He once stated he knew over 450 ways to incapacitate someone without drawing blood in one vantage point. He also fought on par with Karate Kid, someone who knows every martial art in the galaxy. He also beat multiple martial artists fairly easily.

Miguel does have a better suit since it's future tech and there's more armour; Batman doesn't make armoured suits unless he's fighting someone like Superman.

Bruce is a lot smarter, he outsmarted Braniac who's travelled the universe learning things for hundreds of years; he outsmarted World Forger who is a universe-making being; he gained infinite knowledge and Lex Luther stated Batman is equal if not smarter than him.

Reaction speed is debatable since Miguel has spider sense and that's lightspeed, but Batman tagged Reverse Flash after taking a beating from him, he tagged Flash and Amazo Flash.

Attack potency goes to Batman as well since he hurt Superman multiple times, one shot Wonder Woman, one shot Aquaman and Martian Manhunter at the same time, made Shazam and Apex Luther scream.

In conclusion, Batman wins with low difficulty 10/10 times.
