Joker and Green Goblin are both amazing, iconic villains, but who wins in a battle between the baddies?

Finally, the last factor is speed. Green Goblin has better feats of speed since he has reacted to Spider-Man, who has lightning reflexes due to his 'Spidey-Sense'.
