Both Beta Ray Bill and Hercules are incredibly powerful beings, with Beta Ray Bill being an enhanced alien with the powers of Thor, and Hercules being an actual god, but which one of these two win this fight?
Beta Ray Bill has lifted up all of Asgard with the help of Thor, but Hercules has pulled two tectonic plates together, so Hercules is slightly stronger.
Both are extremely durable, with Hercules tanking hits from Hulk, and Beta Ray Bill tanking hits from Sentry and Thanos, so the more durable character is difficult to say, meaning they are equal.
Beta Ray Bill is much faster than Hercules, as he can fly across planets in seconds. Speed is not Hercules' strong suit.

Overall, the winner is difficult to say, with Hercules' incredible strength and Beta Ray Bill's superior abilities, although Beta Ray Bill's skill, abilities and strength give him the upper hand in this situation, as he is almost as strong as Hercules and more skilled with greater abilities.
