Dr Doom vs Beta Ray Bill
Dr Doom is extremely powerful and able to go up against strong superheroes such as Thor, and could also crush the Hulk in a fight, but so can Beta Ray Bill too.
Beta Ray Bill once flew into a sun like it was nothing to him and, whilst in it, defeated a herald of Galactus. He is a near equal to Thor and can hurt him with Stormbreaker. Even without his mighty hammer, he defeated Thor. He killed Ferris the Wolf, leaving him as a skeleton, and he disintegrated cancerverse (an alternative reality); cracked Galactus' armour, and tanks a planet blowing up below him.
Dr Doom has resisted Purple Man's powers, trapped the Fantastic Four and Dr Strange, channeled the life force of the universe, absorbed the beyonders powers twice, absorbed Galactus powers three times, absorbed Silver Surfer's powers twice, separated Banner and Hulk, then defeated Hulk without any difficulty, made his own Destroyer armour, takes hits from the Sentry and can even take a hit from the infinity gauntlet!
Beta Ray Bill may be powerful, but Victor Von Doom is not to be messed with! Dr Doom has the magic to put him down and wins this battle 7/10 times.
