The Man of Steel vs The Spirit of Vengeance - who is the winner?
First of all, strength easily goes to Superman. He has lifted the Heavens and lifted Spectre (Spectre is infinite weight).
Secondly, Superman is much faster, he has raced Flash and went soo fast that Spectre needed to stop him.
In addition to his strength, Superman has better attack potency. He punched soo hard that he knocked out World Forger who creates universes. Also the shockwaves destroyed a universe.
Ghost Rider does have better weapons. He has his chain which burns people and turns them into ashes.
Superman has better durability, surviving a storm that destroyed solar systems and ripped a hole in reality.
Ghost Rider has better gear since his motorbike.
Superman is much smarter since he created artificial suns for Sun Eater to feed on. Even with his powers he needs to know the chemistry.
Superman has better abilities since he has strength, speed, flight, increased stamina, laser eyes, freeze breath, etc.
Finally, Superman is more skilled since Batman and Wonder Woman trained him.
In conclusion, Superman easily wins 10\10 times. Also, Ghost Rider can get knocked out by fists and not just Holy weapons.
