Everything you need to know about Jane Foster
Jane is a great character and starting off as just one of Thor's love interests, she has become The Mighty Thor and has had many other abilities and skills over the years.
Around the time when Thow was unworthy and couldn`t lift Mjolnir, Jane was diagnosed with cancer.
She was telepathically called by the enchanted hammer and was teleported to the moon. Jane Foster lifted the hammer and became The Mighty Thor!
She went on many missions, she batted The Pheonix and took on Odin himself. Being Thor didn`t help Jane though as whenever she used it, the medicine that helps her fight cancer would lose its effect.
In the end, she needed to throw the legendary hammer into the sun to defeat Mangog, a being with the rage of billions of souls.
In the end, she lost the battle against cancer and died, but that's not the end of her story as she was revived by Asgardians.
She fought in The War Of The Realms where she took the hammer of War Thor (Volstagg when he took the hammer of Thor from another universe) and took on Malekith at Stonehenge.
Currently, she is a Valkyrie as the others died in War of the Realms.
