Court of Owls vs The Hand - Which group is stronger?

The Hand are skilled fighters but can they defeat the Court Of Owls?

The Court of Owls are an organised crime group and rivals with Batman. They are known as the wealthiest and most influential group of criminals since having existed since the city of Gotham's founding.

The Hand is a supervillain organisation consisting of evil mystical ninjas, who mostly take part in mercenary acts such as assassinations. They are often locked in battle with Daredevil.

Despite their many members, The Hand shouldn’t be able to defeat the Court of Owls, and this is why:

The Court Of Owls have many more heavy hitters than The Hand, such as Talon (there's 15 Talons); Owlman; Judge of Owls; Felix Harmen (he has gone toe to toe with Talon, who is relative to Batman in combat); Dawn; and finally, Dusk.

The strongest member of The Hand is Gorgon, who can turn whoever he has eye contact with into stone but 15 Talons could overwhelm him and even kill him. The rest of the members, like Bullseye, Elektra or The Punisher, can’t even take one Talon let alone 15.

Finally, the Hand soldiers would get easily killed by Dawn and Dusk and the rest of the members of The Court of Owls. 

In conclusion, The Hand has more skilled soldiers and martial artists but the Talons and metahumans would win against them. The Court of Owls wins 10/10 times.
