Batman vs Spider-Man
This fight is simple; they are both arguably the best street level hero in their respective universes but who wins?
Firstly strength. Spider-Man has lifted a plane and 50 ton tank so he is stronger.
Secondly, Batman has constantly tagged Reverse Flash in a one on one fight and tanked hits from him.
Batman is more durable since he has tanked hits from Wonder Woman, Superman, Aquaman and more.
Batman is more skilled because he knows hundreds of ways to incapacitate someone in one position without drawing blood and was trained by Wonder Woman and more skilled fighters.
Attack potency is debatable but Batman has hurt Superman, Wonder Woman and Apex Lex Luthor, who took out the Justice League and went toe to toe with a non holding back Superman.
Spider-Man is smart but Batman made the designs for the Hellbat and created the Final Batsuit and another suit, capable of taking out the JL.
Finally, Batman wins 8/10 times.
