Who wins between Marvel's greatest villains: The King of Latveria vs The Mad Titan?
Doctor Doom and Thanos are both incredibly powerful villains, but which one of these powerhouses win this fight? (This fight will not include Thanos with the Infinity Gauntlet)
First of all, strength goes to Thanos. He has overpowered Thor and fought on par with Hulk, so he would easily overpower Doom in a battle of strength.
Where Doom isn't as strong as Thanos, he is smarter. Doctor Doom has outsmarted cosmic entities and manipulated them into giving him power, he has also shown to be slightly inferior to Mister Fantastic, the smartest mind in all of Marvel.
Both characters are not that fast, however Doctor Doom is faster than Thanos, and he is also more agile, however that is not that important in this fight.
The more durable out of the two characters is Thanos. He has tanked hits from Galactus, he has tanked a lightning bolt from Thor and asked for more, he has walked off a black hole and no sold a point blank yell from Black Bolt. Thanos easily takes this.
They both have great abilities, with Doom being able to use magic almost flawlessly, and Thanos overpowering cosmic entities with his energy manipulation alone. Overall, Thanos has more raw power but Doom has better abilities.
Overall, Thanos has many advantages over Doctor Doom, he is stronger, more durable and much more experience, however Doctor Doom is smarter, he has better gear and he has equal, if not better abilities to Thanos. In conclusion, Thanos wins 8 times out of 10. He is superior to Doom vastly in most categories and the ones where Doom is superior in are extremely close.
