The Masked Man vs The Brainwasher
Bane's physically stronger since he broke Killer Croc's arm and choke held him, plus he is most notably known for breaking Batman's back - earning him the nickname, 'The Man Who Broke the Bat'.
Kingpin has taken a beating from Spider-Man before, but Bane took hits from Batman and survived falling off a cliff at Wayne Towers.
In addition to his durability and strength, Bane is incredibly fast, once cutting a man's hand off before he could shoot him, and also being able to catch Batarans mid-flight.
Both are smart, they're probably equally intelligent since Kingpin is a crime lord and Bane upgraded the venom drug.
'Trojan Horse' Bane has better attack potency since he broke concrete with a punch and broke a steel door. He also has healing factors.
Kingpin, real name Harold Howard, is skilled hand to hand combatant but is more of a tactician than a soldier.
In conclusion, Bane wins 10/10 times.
