Firstly, Kratos is strong as he lifted the temple to the nine realms but, Superman has lifted the book of infinite pages and held a black hole with one hand.
Secondly, Superman is faster and has better reaction speed, he reacted to Flash and went so fast that Spectre needed to jump in and warn him about how he was going too fast.
Kratos is more experienced since he`s been fighting for over 100 years, encountering many opponents like Zues, Hermes, Odin, Thor, Hades, Ares and more.
Surviving hits from the Omega beams, being in a black hole, surviving Anti Sunlight which can destroy half a galaxy, surviving a cosmic storm the same cosmic storm that destroyed galaxies and shattered reality.
Both have been trained in martial arts, but Kratos has better skill since he`s mastered his combat with his weapons and hand to hand combat, having hundreds of years to learn.
Kratos has too many and better weapons in his base gear like the Leviathan Axe and Blades of Athena/Blades of Chaos/Blades of Exile and his spear and shield, if Superman had all his weapons like Sword of Superman, he would accidentally kill Kratos.
Attack potency isn`t debatable, Superman has one shot World Forger and the universe that he made, World Forger created a universe and was going to destroy it, he is a multiversal being.
