The Spectre vs The Living Tribunal
The Living Tribunal and The Spectre are both extremely powerful beings and can destroy universes with ease, but who would win, if they ever fought, and why?
Firstly, The Spectre is able to cause earthquakes in hell just by walking; his punches can warp space and the impact of them can reach up to one billion light years; he once fought Ozmodus (an extremely powerful being) using planets as weapons. He was able to cut off Pre-Crisis Superman when he was flying at a speed that can destroy the universe. He flies over the speed of light and has flown all the way to the edge of the universe; his powers also include size alteration; reality warping; magic; telekinesis; matter manipulation; time travel; and many more amazing attributes.
The Living Tribunal, however, can replace universes; he once gave Silver Surfer a sample of godhood; has battled three Ivory King Beyonders (who can destroy universes with ease); and shakes the multiverse; he leads Marvel’s cosmic entities and Galactus, one of the weaker of the cosmic judges; and was able to create Silver Surfer, who is strong enough to take on Thor and defeat The Hulk.
He banishes the Beyonder back to his realm; beats the lord of Perisus, Nebulos (a cosmic god) easily and stole his staff, which channels all evil in the universe; holds the world in his hand; makes a star turn nova; and released the whole Marvel universe at the same time. Finally, he stopped the Infinity Gauntlet from working with a snap of his finger.
In conclusion, The Living Tribunal wins 10/10 times, as he has fought more powerful beings than The Spectre. Also, it's worth noting The Spectre fought a multiversal being once and was killed with just one shot.
