Alfred has had multiple powerful abilities in many DC Elseworld comics (different universes), here is a list of all of Alfred's powers.
In DC VS Vampires, a Vampire version of Wonder Woman attacked Alfred and whilst cornered, there was a ring on a nearby shelf, after picking it up, he was imbued with the power of the Green Lantern, he used this to shoot Wonder Woman and fight her.
Another powerful being that Alfred has been is Martian Manhunter. This was in Dark Knights of Steel, a Medieval world with many DC characters. Alfred became Martian Manhunter when a war of three armies broke out, after finding a White Martian, Alfred revealed himself as Martian Manhunter.
In addition to being a Martian and Green Lantern, in the Injustice storyline, Batman was attacked by Superman in the Batcave. After injuring Batman, Alfred saw his son on the floor and took a Kryptonite pill, giving him the powers of a Kryptonian, Alfred used this power to defeat Superman, leaving him beaten on the floor.
The most powerful version of Alfred is from DCeased: War of the Undead Gods. In this comic, Bruce Wayne is dead and the Batman is Damian Wayne, whilst fighting some Anti Living, Batman was defeated by an Undead Highfather, seeing all his friends and his own son get infected, Alfred stepped in front of Damian. Alfred's rage had turned him into the Spirit of Vengeance, the Spectre, after this, Alfred punched a hole in Highfather's face and continued to bring the cure to the planet, saving Damian and many others.
