Thor would have a tough time if he switched villains since Superman's villains are extremely fast like General Zod, who would hit Thor many times before getting hit himself. Mr Myxyzptlk is someone Thor wouldn't respect, but Myxy would play around and Thor wouldn't have trouble with Parasite and Mongul since he usually fights people who use fists or magic to fight. Darksied would be a problem as well since he could overpower Thor. Doomsday also could be a problem since he always comes back from death, the rest of Superman's villains should be light work for Thor.
For Superman, he is much faster than most of Thor's villains, who mostly use strength or magic, like Ulik, Skurge, The Midgard Serpent and Mangog, the only trouble of them is Mangog since he is extremely durable, however Superman is too fast for him. Amora The Enchantress, Malekith and Loki, however, are smart and can trick him, but he can easily defeat them with few hits. Finally, Surter and Gorr The God Butcher would be big problems and can fight Clark for hours without anyone giving up, however, Superman will not give up and eventually win.
In conclusion, Thor would have a harder time because of characters like Darksied and Mr Myxyptlk.
