Lucifer is a near equal to Presence (god of DC) but, Beyonder is stated to be stronger to The Living Tribunal (an avatar of The One Above Al).

Lucifer has defeated an evil Presence, his brother Micheal Demourgorge (who is omniscient) is stated to have no limits to his power; escapes the Presence’s plan; him and his brothers were the first beings in the omniverse; the founders of creation are scared of him; Micheal (his brother) shot Lucifer with his most powerful energy beam; and finally, Lucifer survived and even the Source (who trapped gods and can destroy universes) stated Lucifer can stomp on him.

Beyonder has taken on Molecule Man (he can destroy Mjiornri); scared The Living Tribunal (the judge of the multiverse); killed Death; says he is omnipotent; easily beat Galactus and the Celestials; killed a race of beings as powerful as Thor or Hulk; and finally, killed the cosmic entities and The Living Tribunal.

Lucifer should win 10/10 times. He is a near equal to Presence and his brothers. He can destroy universes with ease.
