Thor vs Scarlet Witch - Who wins and why?

Thor is extremely powerful but so is Wanda. 

They have fought before and she had Havoc on her side and Thor still won. 

But let’s go over their feats.

Wanda has beaten Namor and the Atlantians; killed Quicksilver with a spell (fortunately, he was resurrected); healed Charles Xavier; killed many heroes including Hawkeye, Vision and a few others and created her own Avengers.

Thor, however, has pushed the world engine; lifted the Midgard Serpent; can walk around in the sun without feeling anything; lifted the weight of 20 planets with one hand; matched the Hulk's growing strength for an hour; destroyed a planet with a single blow; knocked Galactus over; cracked a celestial's skull and even knocked out the all-powerful Pheonix.

As you can see for yourself, Thor possesses the greater strengths and achievements, and wins this battle 8-9/10 times because of his past fights and feats.
