Ghost Rider vs Silver Surfer
Both of these characters are very powerful and able to defeat characters like base Hulk or the all-powerful Sentry.
Silver Surfer can destroy and create stars, and black holes, but loses to Thor and Green Scar Hulk (one of the strongest versions of the Hulk). Also Silver Surfer loses to Dr. Strange, who Ghost Rider killed dead, whilst holding back his strength.
Ghost Rider, however, can beat Thor and Hulk on a daily basis. Even if Silver Surfer does knock out Johny Blaze (Ghost Rider's host), Zarathos (the spirit that powers him) would escape and he could kill Silver Surfer with little difficulty.
Ghost Rider takes this 7-8/10 times.
