Both Thanos and Knull are extremely powerful, but who is the victor between their battle?
Knull has been able to rip Sentry in half with his strength alone, however, Thanos has matched Hulk in strength, so their strength would be equal.
Thanos has higher durability since he was able to survive multiple hits from the Annihilation Blast, the same blast that killed Thor, Gladiator and Doctor Doom in one shot.
Although speed isn't either of their strong suits, Knull has been able to fly from the ground all the way up to the Empire State Building in seconds, so Knull has the speed advantage.
Thanos is much smarter than Knull, as he has more knowledge and he has designed an artificial intelligence whilst he was on Titan.
One of the deciding factors of the fight is power, Knull has been able to easily defeat a Celestial, however Thanos has held his own against Death herself and he has defeated Hulk with one blast from his laser eyes, so Thanos is more powerful.
In conclusion, The Mad Titan would defeat Knull with very high difficulty.
